It is included, but has to do it manually.
Press Alt-/, then type the phrase you want to highlight enclosed with a pair of quotation marks into the input field, eg. "google it", and then press Enter.
Or select the phrase, copy it, de-select anything, press Alt-/ and type a pair of quotation marks, paste the phrase in between them, and press Enter.

I LOVE using your script for searching lots of long technical articles but there is 1 thing you could do make it EVEN BETTER! Is there a way you could hightlight phrases rather than individual words? So on google if i "type a phrase" with "s it would highlight the phrase with 1 color rather than 3 difference colors? This would make searching even easier visually.
