I happened to be working on manga loader when I saw this so I added it in quickly.

Greasy fork has been having the issue too with signing in. What I've had to do is sign in normally then go back to the link to the script and refresh the page and usually it'll show me as signed in.

I know I should've wrote this request on the NSFW version, but the website just won't let me do it, giving me a "You've already signed in" message instead.
Anyway, would it be fine to add Tsumino.com as a new NSFW manga reader?
Pururin doesn't work anymore, which made the community create a new database for it.
