Thanks for the suggestion—it's a great idea for better TOC navigation! However, since exports default to raw Markdown mode, user questions (and AI responses) often already include their own Markdown formatting like # for headings. Auto-wrapping them in an extra H1 would duplicate tags, which could break TOCs and structure. Or do you have a different idea in mind? If so, please provide me a more detailed picture of your request.
Would it be better if the content of the user's question could be automatically converted into an H1 (first-level heading)? Currently, the content of the user's question is unformatted, and when exported, the table of contents in the md file is missing the question content.
