Thank you so much for the bug report. You were 100% correct.
The issue was with the beforeunload redirect shield being too aggressive. It was designed to stop malicious redirects, but it was mistakenly blocking legitimate navigation as well, like clicking the browser's "back" button or changing tab.
This bug has been fixed in the new v5.1.1.
Please update your script to the latest version, and could you please let me know if the issue is resolved on your end?
