When you are logged in to Google Search, either for web or image search, the horizontal toolbar will not be displayed, and therefore the tool extension bar will not be displayed either.

In my testing environment, the horizontal toolbar is displayed on Google (google.com) in both Firefox and Chrome, regardless of whether I'm logged in or not. However, Google often implements A/B testing (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/A/B_testing), and may adopt different interface designs or features based on conditions such as specific accounts or countries.

Currently, I've found that Japan (google.co.jp) uses a new nested menu design, which causes this userscript to not work. I will consider making the userscript compatible with this new design.

I sincerely appreciate your reply. In my Firefox environment, google.com is not a horizontal toolbar either. I would appreciate it if you could fix it.

I've pushed an update that fixes the toolbar issue on the new A/B test UI. You might need to do a manual update and reset your settings to get it working again.
