Thanks for reporting this! I found the issue and just released a new version which fixes this exact bug.
The problem was Facebook's menu text is weird - "Newest" actually contains "all comments" in its description, so the script was getting confused and clicking the wrong option.
Update to the latest version and it should work properly now. Let me know if you still have issues!
