Forces a multi-column grid, hides ads & unwanted shelves, fixes layout bugs on channel pages & search, adjusts text/spacing, and optionally hides Shorts.
Aware of the bug, will work on a fix.

More often than not, it doesn't go wider than 3 columns.

OK so, I need to do some digging for the specific issue in the "Inspect Element" tab, I assume from the looks of your image you are using Google Chrome?
Issue here is that I do not use Chrome, I use OperaGX, I installed Chrome to try to fix the issue and installed the script alone but it does not happen on my side.
I am currently trying some "guessed" fixes that may or may not fix your specific issue.

Only appears to work on Subscriptions, not the main page
