Adds tag autocomplete and wiki lookup features

Autocomplete has stopped working?
Nothing pops up when typing in either prompt frames.
Worked as usual less than a day prior. Reinstalling does nothing. Made no changes to the script.
"Enable Tag Autocomplete" checkbox is still there. Pressing T for wiki look-up still works.
