Many thanks to the author for this script, it's a real game-changer for our table! It'd be super helpful if we could set "Enable Forged20" checkbox to be checked by default after a page reload. I had to manually edit the script to hardcode the checked status, but it would be great if this could be made configurable and available for other users.

To enable rolling and sending abilities from your Forge Steel character sheet directly into Roll20 chat, you need to install a browser userscript like Forged20 (often found on sites like Greasy Fork). This script acts as a bridge, allowing your Forge Steel character sheet to nel net communicate with your active Roll20 game. After installing the necessary browser extension (like Tampermonkey, Greasemonkey, or Violentmonkey) and the Forged20 script itself, you typically just need to enable a setting within the script to activate the connection and send rolls to the VTT.

Yes, I understand it and use it with Tampermonkey. I mean, when you update a Roll20 page, the "Enable Forged20" checkbox at the bottom of the chat window keeps getting unchecked. So you have to recheck it every time.

Sorry just saw this. I'm open to suggestions there, my main concern/why I haven't made it enabled by default was that I am worried that (for my players at least) they might do some test rolling and not remember they had both tabs open and so accidentally spam the chat, or send rolls to the wrong roll20 game b/c they had it open.

I could add a setting checkbox that's something like "always enable by default" that saves the setting to your browser storage if that would work for what you're looking for?

Yes, having such option would be great. And one more time thanks for the great script.
