I took a quick look at the scripts you linked. Both of them use pretty similar code when it comes to handling the tab view and make some fairly aggressive changes to the YouTube layout—maybe a bit too aggressive at times. Because of how they work, trying to maintain compatibility with either script would be tricky, and even if I tried, things would likely still break pretty easily.
Those scripts also include features that directly conflict with what my script is trying to do, so using them together wouldn’t really make sense. I did consider compatibility when building this, but the issues introduced by those other scripts are just more than I can realistically work around.
Sorry I couldn’t make my script work alongside those, but I really do appreciate the positive rating.
It works great on its own but unfortunately conflicts with other scripts that changes youtube layout. Like,

Expected though. But I want comments etc. on the right side in a tab so unfortunately it means I can't use this one.
