Adds a P hotkey to Youtube, to bring up the Save to Playlist dialog. Playlists will be displayed alfabetically sorted, any any playlist the current video belongs to, will be shown at the top. Also adds a focuced filter input field. If nothing is written into the filter input, all playlists will be shown, alternatively only the playlists where the name containes the sequence of letters typed in the input field, will be displayed. Press escape to exit the dialog.
I can't seem to get the "p" to trigger the extension. I've tried in Brave and in Chrome. Checked all the settings:
If Tampermonkey is not working in Brave despite all attempts, here are the common and effective steps to fix it based on recent user reports and issues:
1. Go to `brave://extensions` in Brave.
2. Enable **Developer mode** at the top right.
3. Click the **Update** button to refresh all extensions.
4. Make sure Tampermonkey is allowed to run on all sites. In Tampermonkey extension details, check site access permissions (choose “On all sites”).
5. Restart Brave completely (close all windows) and reopen it.
6. Disable or adjust any Brave Shields (privacy settings/ad blockers) on the pages where you want the userscript to run because they can block script execution.
7. Try different Tampermonkey versions if possible; sometimes the latest version may have bugs with certain Brave versions.
8. You can also try switching to **Violentmonkey** as an alternative userscript manager if Tampermonkey keeps having issues.
9. Check the browser console (Ctrl+Shift+J) to see if there are script error messages or conflicts.
If all that fails, reinstalling Tampermonkey or Brave fresh after backing up your scripts may help.
