Adds a button to the top of the page that opens a live raid target from the faction list.

"The Blades of Insignia" are now "The BLADE Warriors" and have declared independence from Insignia. As such, they should be removed from the target list.
The faction has been renamed again and are now "The Irradiated Blades".
