It's not great, but it does its job. There are certain features that won't function as intended when script is on, i.e. you cannot zoom on images and every time you visit a VIP chapter the web page will do a hard-refresh.
What I think would be really great is:
1) Yudao team polish their product and (especially) the documentation. Fix all performance issues, non-standard code snippets and stop using Vue and typescript like an amateur. Remove disgusting first-person pronouns from the document and double check to ensure there are and only are professional written statements in the articles. And then you can charge me for 199CNY, and although I have the ability to bypass the paywall, I'd still pay for it.
2) Or, spend 1 second remembering "our generations' duty". Go 100% free, no bullshit. We'd just have to accept what it is and deal with it.
