You will always get banned if you cheat and I'll advise you to not do that anymore.
You got banned faster on 1|0 due to the ELO setting being estimated for a regular match with longer time to think. If you take a human 1500 player and then make them make their moves within a second, they will not play as well, obviously. The same doesn't apply to the engine since it already calculates the move in milliseconds. Also the computer doesn't hesitate and panic under time pressure, so it just behaves too perfectly on 1|0 matches.
Very good Chess Assistant, I'd give it a 9/10!
The only issue I personally have is when you decide to play 1|0 with it. I got banned within 10 games on a low setting, when on a higher setting I survived 450 games with 2836 in 3|0 (New Record for me!)
