is possible to make a LEGIT mod/extension helper for Area of Conquest?

like something that gives us infinite boosters, or that let us see everyone on the map?

I say "legit" cause those Nexter devs are human garbage so this AoC event is once again rigged against us (the other teams are way more powerful)

so it's only fair to balance things out with a hack

this is virtually not possible, the game servers send you the player locations on the map, that's how you end up seeing them, you can't change what the servers send you.
the same goes for boosters too, your inventory is stored on their servers and you can't change that (or pretty much any item for that matter)

then maybe something similer to the oracle cards, a mod to make the server think that I didnt use the booster so that it wont deduct from the inventory

note that even oracle cards aren't infinite, it's only the battle prediction feature that's being used. You can't instantly finish battles with that.
