old likes are back :)
For the past while, the old likes/comments/shares have not been showing up, but then they do appear if I go to another page within Instagram and return to the home page. However, when this happens, the feed doesn't automatically refresh, and when I manually refresh the page it reverts to the newer likes/comments/shares. Is there a way to fix this?

Never mind! Looks like that got fixed :)
Where did the retro like/comment/share buttons go? It's reverted back to the new UI.
