What do you mean export as complete scripts? If you mean run on their own, then the answer is no. The rules however can be exported and imported into another instant of LA.
Press "Select All" and then "Copy Rules". Then "Paste Rules" on a different profile and "ctrl-v" to paste the rules.
Does that make sense?
(FYI. Your request on changes to the UI are still on the to do list, it just currently I really do not have the desire to work on any of my scripts unless its bug fixes.)
