Dificult to explain since they seem to appear bit randomly.
I'd say the best order would be on the right "open in tab" "download" and "save" the point being to leave the "save" where it originally was. (Using Firefox)
The original order of the buttons was always on the right side, next to the save button (as in the first image). However in the last update for some reason the buttons changed order on individual Instagram pages for posts (as in the second image), on the feed itself or the popup the order remains normal (as in the first image)
Works fine. Just the replacement for Instagram Downloader I was looking for. Just too bbad that the buttons dont always appear.
