When using certain browsers like Chrome, Brave and Vivaldi, downloading stories will add an extra underscore in the username like this: _abc-20220520, when the actual username of the account does not contain that extra underscore. However, no issues with other browsers like Firefox and Waterfox so far. Could you look into the issue please? Thank you so much!
