I wish 1. to skip a Youtube video chosen by me as a non-mod; 2. to get always a user muted but not ignored or hidden. Thanks.

The skip feature will be left for those with mod, or included in bots "BotModList" (JR.Moderator). To avoid chaos and leave control to those desired.
This feature is easily spammed so little power goes out and if more is needed specified users can get trust added via JR.Moderator.

The request for remembered volumes should be possible, it's on the list for features to add. There's no projected timeline for completion but when I work on the script again I'll be sure to fiddle with that no issues.
