First, let me commend you for this great script !!
The issue I'm reporting occurs on embedded youtube videos so first open the script settings and tick the "enable on youtube.com" checkbox.
Play the video.
Pause the video and a "More Videos" bar with 4 thumbnails will be displayed.
If you hover the second thumbnail from the left the tooltip you will get will be cut.
No issues with the other 3 thumbnails.
BTW - The script works great on the thumbnails playlist sidebar (click the hamburger icon on the top-left to open it)
