It would be really nice if you'd give some information about the problem you're having, instead of just leaving a negative review and going "it no work". Everything works perfectly for me and I can't help you if you give no information at all.
When I used this extension before, there used to be a small blue “P” icon in the lower-left corner, which was also a way to access the plugin’s page. However, after a certain Pixiv update, that icon disappeared and hasn’t shown up since. I just installed the latest v250 version today, but it’s still missing. I usually use the Vivaldi browser and thought it might be an issue on my end, but I tried installing it on Chrome as well, and the same problem persists.
I just cleared my entire browser and updated Windows to the latest version, and that actually fixed the issue. It seems like some previous setting might have caused the problem. Anyway, everything’s working fine again now — glad it’s back to normal!
I don't know about "Vivaldi", but r250 is working for me currently in Chrome with Tampermonkey. (I don't test much with Chrome anymore since Google effectively killed it at a browser by breaking adblock and the better userscript managers. In Windows I recommend Edge--same engine, but extensions work.) But it does work for me.
Try opening devtools (F12) and see if there are any errors in the console tab that look related. You should see this somewhere near the top if the script is at least being loaded:

Sadly, this extension doesn’t really work anymore. It’s a pity, since the interface was very well-designed and made the whole experience so much better.
