Feature suggestion: /tutorial command

I propose a /tutorial command. Typing /tutorial causes the user's chat to type, "https://www.reddit.com/r/DiamondHunt/comments/5vrufh/diamond_hunt_2_starter_faq/". Typing /tutorial [name] causes the user's chat to type "[name], https://www.reddit.com/r/DiamondHunt/comments/5vrufh/diamond_hunt_2_starter_faq/"
