I actually don't manage the individual links. The spreadsheet for each state is owned by someone that is relevant to that state. In the case of Colorado, that's ggrane. You can either click the link for Colorado from the script's description here on Greasyfork and request edit access, or just message him directly. Please let me know if you have any issues.

Hello, the Colorado GIS sheet should be updated for two counties:
Adams County should change to http://gisapp.adcogov.org/Html5Viewer/index.html?viewer=BasicMobile.BasicMobile, to avoid SilverLight. And Larimer County should change to https://maps1.larimer.org/gvh/?Viewer=LIL&run=Theme&theme=Land%20Information, their new website.
