Adds an external links section to MU's series info page, with Anime-Planet, MAL, MangaFox, MangaHere and (not working) Batoto links.

The reason why Batoto not working, updated script with more site attachedThere is an error in the script. I'm not good enough to find it. Adding a fake/broken last entry should do it.Since Batoto is closing down :( I modified for Anime-Planet, MAL, MangaDex, MangaFox, MangaHere, KissManga, MangaPark, DynastyScans and AniDB.I'll try to attach the script
