Change YouTube logo link to user's subscription feed instead of homepage, when logged in, for 2017 and later YouTube layout.

Updated 16th August 2017Fixed to be compatible with new YouTube design released today.Still works with old design.New design means script checks for user notification icon to see if user is logged in, before updating subscription URL on new Logo element.Please report any bugs & enjoy!
