Well, not so much with Reddit.
Works for me on Reddit-- I just installed this to highlight certain users' names.
Are you using old or new Reddit style? I'm using old, i.e. https://old.reddit.com/

Sorry for the super late response; I never got a notification.
For me it would occasionally stop highlighting if the loaded content became too large. Same issue if I'm monitoring other large amounts of text like logs.
The only way I was able to get around that was occasionally editing the rule and re-saving as just toggling wouldn't fix it.
Lately I've been using the RES addon for Reddit stuff.
Still works great!
