Icon it´s not showing

I dont know why but the icon it´s not working anymore.

edit the script in the part:
changeFavicon('http://cdn.sstatic.net/stackoverflow/img/favicon.ico');

change url of the favicon, example:
changeFavicon('https://www.google.com.ar/images/branding/product/ico/googleg_lodp.ico');

optional, change text in the tab: in script section:
document.title = "How to send multiple attachments .xls files of different objects using apex";

change text in quotation marks (" "), for text of your preference
