Hey! thanks for reporting this so comprehensively, i will see what i can do. It's definitely youtube changing it's structure or elements in some way. I haven't experienced this yet, but i will try my best to update ASAP.
I have tried to replicate this but can't seem to. I see you have a lot of extensions. May I ask if you've tried to turn off all other youtube extensions/scripts?

Your script works well until now but unfortunately, the "Members Only" Videos are not hidden in any Watch Video Sidebar...
