Thanks for sharing this! This script has become less consistent for me as well, likely due to changes by Google. At some point here I'll get some time and try to fix it.
Very nice idea, but the GUI display is a bit touch-and-go. Many times the folders don't display correctly.
As seen in the image attached, the gemini_folders are open but no thread is being shown. The debug logs show many threads are present in both storedConversationFolders and domOrphans, could that have caused the issue?
I tried to create a new folder then refresh multiple times but some times it fixes the issue, other times it just stays the same.
