Show alt text as tooltips for YouTube emojis and badges (including inside shadow DOM), with throttled scanning and smart logging.
YouTube’s custom emojis and loyalty badges don’t show any tooltip by default and are pretty small. It can be hard to tell what they are, so this script makes a tooltip if you hover over them showing their alt text. For loyalty badges this is how long a membership has lasted. For emojis this is the custom emoji's name.
This does not work for custom emojis in non-live-chat comments for some reason (can't figure it out) but does work on live chat and live chat replay and loyalty badges in both.
