Sorry for such a late reply, here it is. I changed the text on the buttons since if I was messing with the code I thought "why not?".
The biggest problem with it on mobile is the nice functionality things don't exactly fit on the screen (like the reverse search buttons) and that there is no way to get the menu with said buttons for videos.
However, it does load high definition images like it's supposed to and it plays sounds. By far I found using your script on mobile to be the most comfortable way. The apps like kuroba are unpleasant to use and 4chan XT doesn't work too well on a small screen.
There is probably a way to make it work in the same way as it does on PC, but I am really bad at coding so it is what it is.

If you end up making a mobile version you would be an absolute legend. Understandable if you don't though, it might be quite the headache to make it all work well. Once again thanks for writing this script!
The recent updates made it more convenient to use on mobile; requires less messing with the code to work well.
I know, it's not meant to be used there, but imo it's the best solution
