Seems to only work (show the button) when Threads doesn't direct you to a profile. i.e if I copy the link to a profile and go to it, it shows. But if I click on a profile, either from notifications or home page, it doesn't show.
It doesn't work at all. Clicking the QB button just opens the "More" menu on the bottom left
Edit: I actually misread and thought this was from 2025, so probably just outdated due to site updates 😅
