just want to let everyone knows, i recently fresh install Windows and got an error D7355-1203 (using Edge & Tampermonkey) and found out that the culprit is "Enable Dolby and HE-AAC 5.1 Audio".
this is beacause microsoft removed AC-3 Codec in Windows 11 24H2.
to install AC3/AC4 Media Foundation by Dolby Laboratories, double click the downloaded files and click install and for Microsoft Dolby Atmos (AC3), extract it and run the install.cmd
don't know whether you need to restart your pc or not but i did restart my pc after installed those 3 files
btw it also fixed my problems where 4K playback doesn't work, it stuck at 1080p even when Netflix UHD said UHD Ready
