Removes 15 second timer from alternative download link popup

It's working just fine for me. Tested it on latest Firefox 39, and Chrome 44.0.2403.130 m.
EDIT: Just a reminder, this is only for using the "Alternative download link (with ads and timer)" small link below the 3 other download options.
It doesn't work, as if nothing was installed
The script doesn't work, it does the same as if nothing was installed.
