Hey is this still an issue for you with the updated code? If so, what browser/userscript extension/other extensions are you using? In Chrome, using Violentmonkey and no other extensions when I click on ratings it scrolls down to the reviews.
Breaks with Amazon when trying to click on a page's "ratings" or "answered questions" link near the top of a product description. Just cleans the URL and refreshes the main product page - will not scroll down to the proper section.
