I'm sorry but you are the only user with a problem. I can't help much, except to tell you to verify your configuration and check your userscript manager (maybe it doesn't support the .tld syntax ; try to add the domain manually in the script configuration).
At first I thought that it could be google A/B-testing a new layout. But it wasn't, since it still works for me, and everywhere I test it.
Also, note that it doesn't work on the newtab page. Nothing ever works on that page. It is out of reach of userscripts and userstyles. It only works on the https://www.google.com/ pages (homepage and results page).

No Google Doodle is stll Not working on chrome, edge and firefox! It's hasn't update for 18 month old, just like an an Ancient dinosaur script that roam the greasyfork. Goodle doodle is stll here. pleast fix update script this garbage doodles rigth now.
