Makes the thumbnails more visible by making them bigger, the text selectable, adds the code all-pages to most links, and improves/replaces the pagination.
20 days ago, I was finally able to reproduce the script not working (mentioned above), and I fixed it just now. Apparently, ReadM sometimes uses https://www.readm.org and some other times it uses http://readm.org , and my script only worked without www. since 20 days ago.
It should be fixed now. Please update, and tell me if it doesn't work, or if you get another problem.
