Makes the thumbnails more visible by making them bigger, the text selectable, adds the code all-pages to most links, and improves/replaces the pagination.

Thanks! I was finally able to reproduce the script not working, and I fixed it just now. Apparently, ReadM sometimes uses https://www.readm.org and some other times it uses http://readm.org , and my script only worked without www. until a few minutes ago.
It should be fixed now. Please update, and tell me if it doesn't work, or if you get another problem.
The script does not work. Tampermonkey does not have it show up as running or even an option to enable/disable then going on the site. Though the script is added to the tampermonkey dashboard.
