Auto search for movie/series on torrent, usenet, ddl, subtitles, streaming, predb and other sites. Adds links to IMDb pages from hundreds various sites. Adds movies/series to Radarr/Sonarr. Adds external ratings from Metacritic, Rotten Tomatoes, Letterboxd, Douban, Allocine, MyAnimeList, AniList. Media Server indicators for Plex, Jellyfin, Emby. Dark theme/style for Reference View. Adds/Removes to/from Trakt's watchlist. Removes ads.
1) It's not a bug, those sites doesn't support proper search.
The script doesn't have option to search "titles in Italian", it can search the original titles, or semi-random title IMDb shows locally.
If a site doesn't support search by IDs then search always will be wonky, and if it doesn't have the original tiles too then search will be very unreliable.
2) That's a bug, that icon shouldn't link anything, links are on the ratting numbers there.
Anime ratings doesn't work for you because you are using non-English IMDb site, the script doesn't support these, you should have seen a warning notification.

maybe I found two bugs:
1) for the "ilcorsaronero.link" search and for "ddunlimited.net" search it's better to use the movie title and not the original title, it can fail searches 90% of times because the two websites have titles only in italian
2) anime are not shown in "anilist score" (first line) and the link is allocine.fr instead of myanimelist url
