Adds external ratings from Metacritic, Rotten Tomatoes, Letterboxd, Douban, Allocine, MyAnimeList, AniList. Media Server indicators for Plex, Jellyfin, Emby. Dark theme/style for Reference View. Adds/Removes to/from Trakt's watchlist. Removes ads.

Hi there! Great script! I have been using it for some time now. Just a few updates:
1. Cpasbien has changed its address to cpasbien.cz. Apparently cpasbien.st was having issues.
2. Warezforums.com has changed their site layout and search no longer works.
3. Ilcorsaronero is now residing at ilcorsaronero.link.
