Does problem goes away is script disabled? What version of the script do you have?
I've seen such state when YT's own scripts are not completed executing properly, but not seen my script cause this so far. Try clearing browser's cache and check through in-browser network monitor that all scripts (.js files) are loaded succesfully.
This script is terrible i hate it nothing works properly
