There is a small bug. It currently doesn't work when you try to see a Faction position which has space in it. For example: If someone has a faction position named as "Star Chainer", it won't filter properly. Because you are using the position name as it is as the value of drop-down option but the value of html elements can't have space in it. So I suggest before creating options of drop-down, replace all spaces with a random text like "_6373884_hsh_" etc and when comparing values replace that random text with space.
