I haven't seen any changes lately. Check devtools (F12) for any errors that seem related, and let me know which browser and script manager you're using.
I'm using Floorp (based on Firefox) and Violentmonkey.
It looks like a problem with a "duckduckgo" extension. I'm not familiar with it, but maybe there's a way you can disable the extension for pixiv.net.

Script seems to be a little broken atm. When clicking on images, they don't show on fullscreen, nothing happens. Same thing when clicking on icons on the toolbar, no links open on the same tab, you have to open them on a new tab. Searching doesn't seem to work either.
