Hi, this script is not meant to be installad server-side, it's just a script that creates buttons on Google's Play Store to allow the user to direct download apps.
If you want to use it on your PC or phone, install Greasemonkey/Tampermonkey or similar and then this script. When you visit play.google.com and you click on an app, you will see not just the Install button, but also some download buttons, like the ones you can see in the picture on the script information page.
