Adds a download button to the HTML5 Vimeo Player (embeded or not)

For me, it don't work: I don't see the download button...
Test links:
I use Waterfox 56.2.3 (Firefox fork), but tested Chrome too. I tested whitout "Ublock Orign": Same result .
In the Firefox console , I see the message: "Vimeo Download Button : Property VimeoPlayer wrapped successfully." but no button.
