This looked like exactly what I was seeking, but wait...HOW do I install this? Seems like Google doesn't permit me to install in Chrome, at least, and also getting a runtime error from Javascript. Gotta use another browser?
Edit: After waking up just slightly more and realizing this isn't just like installing a Chrome extension, I got it working. If you stumbled in here like me with no developer skills at all, then DO hit the "?" button next to the "install" button, and follow that installation sequence, beginning by installing a 'userscript manager' extension like Tampermonkey, which is key to allow this Jscript to be installed. The control sequence appears at the bottom of the Waze 'drives' window (online, not on your phone app) and easily outputs data per the parameters you enter, friendly to standard spreadsheets.
It was only after doing that and seeing the downloaded data that I realized I /really/ needed a hint at start/finish place-names for each trip so as to avoid having to bounce back and forth from the spreadsheet to type notes on what each trip was...but that's not easily within the capacity of an extension to capture, I suppose.
installation requirements?
