You could download the subtitles from HBO Now using Firefox by pressing F12 and in "Network" search for "xml" then play the video and enable "CC" you will get a subtitle URL like this
copy the subtitle URL and download it with IDM then convert the subtitle to SRT using "Subtitle Edit".
