Since Flash seems to eat up all the memory, this will proactively close the tab and open a new one - giving it a clean slate.

Yep, you still have to enable "allow pop-up" for engageme.tv while using One Window extension. That's what worked for me
Hi @free21 -- Happy new year. Is there any way to make this not steal focus when the new window opens?
unfortunately not - they are doing something odd that breaks it if you don't have focus.
I bet there is a way to wright a few lines to tell chrome to bring the selected page up front in to focus. emm i think we need another script just for auto focusing windows with a timer would make it easier.
If it isn't opening a new tab, read this.
There are a couple of reasons why it won't open the new tab:
The script technically tries to open a new window, which sometimes Chrome thinks is a "popup" which it wants to suppress. You can set an exception for engageme.tv by following instructions on: https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/95472
