Hmm, this doesn't seem to be working for me either. I use GreaseMonkey on Firefox. I'm logged in to YouTube and watching a video from a subscribed channel. The like button remains non-activated.
The first video you watch, refresh the page. That video and every one after will be liked. Good script - DOES work with simple step.
